The 2007AmiGals Literary Retreat was held on the Sharpe Reservation at Camp Mariah. Camp Mariah, the Hilton of camps, is located in the quaint town of Fishkill, New York, just 70 miles north of New York City. It is named after the famous singer Mariah Carey. The majestic mountains and tranquility of the lake serves as music to your ears and rhythm to your soul. This is a time to turn off the cell phones and leave your worries and high heels behind.
